Artist's Comments
Drawn at Christmastime last year. The specifications were a 'semi-gothic elven adventurer.' I love gothic clothing, but I didn't want to do too many cliches... such as red & black. Of course, this is formal wear. The long skirt comes off and her real 'adventurer' outfit is just a corset over a slinky tunic and leggings and kick-ass boots.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Your ability to draw her hair is astounding. Your idea to go outside cliches and add blue to the black outfit looks so damn good with her eyes. And the background wraps it together incredibly. Above all, your style is neither trendy nor cliche in any way. I love it.
